30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date we ship your order for a refund of the product price. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging intact.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product not caused by transit, etc.). We recommend insured tracking for valuable sets.
Free replacement for shipping damage
If any pieces arrive damaged in shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage. We will send free replacements for affected pieces at no additional product charge. Shipping damage claims may require return or disposal of severely damaged items as we specify.
How to start a return or damage claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description.
- Include clear photos for damage claims.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
Exclusions
- Custom-made and made-to-order commissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear after delivery.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day window from shipment.
