Processing times vary by set and colorway. Made-to-order items ship after production and quality check; you will receive a confirmation when your order ships.

Returns & damage
See our returns policy for eligible items and timeframes. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and pieces.
