We sell handcrafted chess sets and related goods. Product images, dimensions, and materials are described as accurately as possible. Minor variation is normal for handmade items. We reserve the right to correct listing errors and to limit quantities.

Pricing and payment

• Checkout totals include subtotal, applicable discounts, sales tax (based on your shipping address where required), and shipping before you confirm payment.
• Payment is due at checkout via our approved payment methods.
• We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing or availability errors.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown or calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law. See our returns policy for damaged or lost shipments.

Custom orders

Custom chess set requests submitted through our site are quotes or inquiries unless a separate written agreement confirms a binding order. Lead times, deposits, and cancellation terms for custom work will be communicated before production begins.

Returns and refunds
